store has gone WAY downhill. Use to be my favorite place to eat. Everytime I go now something is messed up or the service is terrible. To the point they try to act closed. I just got chicken that was RAW in the middle. Fully uncooked. Will not be going back. Unsure if management has changed or what but something should be done.

Takes over an hour for them to make 10 wings and some fries even when its not busy. Service is consistently horrible, hours are inconsistent, and it’s rare for them to not mess up an order in some way. Possibly the worst service in all of oxford and that’s saying a lot.
