This is definitely a cover for something illegal. The place is filthy and disgusting. There’s some sort of emergency personnel outside every single week. This place makes Oxford seem unsafe and disturbing. The place needs to be completely torn down.

I would recommend just not staying here. I almost slept in my car because of the condition of the unit. I ended up getting disinfectant and literally spraying everything I planned on touching and slept completely clothed limiting most contact with any of the bedding or anything else for that matter. The hotel was in severe disrepair without any evidence of repairs being made or attempted. Holes/ poor patchwork in walls/ ceilings inside and outside. Paint/ wallpaper peeling inside and outside. Every surface was filthy, covered in smudged finger prints of some greasy substance or inches of dust. All linens were stained with various things. Blood stains on pillow cases, yellow & brown stains on sheets & towels, who knows what on curtains and comforter. Carpets appeared to have not been vacuumed. Fixtures were broken, some outlets non working. Appliances dirty & smelly also covered with greasy prints. Microwave had something inside smeared on glass turntable and splattered all over. Coffee maker had mold growing in the water reservoir. Fridge has slimy prints on it. The air unit had cigarette ashes on it and a horrid smell when turned on. Even the telephone was gross. Our toiletries were obviously pre-used, opened and half empty. We used nothing provided in the room and got disinfectant and cleaned and sprayed anything we planned on touching. We slept completely clothed and limited any contact between ourselves and any bedding or carpeting. We did not use the tub or shower which appeared to also not have been cleaned with hair in the tub. The staff was courteous but no amount of friendliness could make up for the condition of the room.

I would not ever stay here again. I found 2 roaches on my pillow when I checked in. There was a guy smoking weed in the parking lot. The place was disgusting and dirty. The owner would not give me a refund after I showed him a picture of the roaches in the bed. He was unapologetic and rude.

Roaches. Roaches. ROACHES in Room 108 to be moved to 106 with more ROACHES! All the manager who is the OWNER could say was sorry; then ask where were they. Toilet ran all night. Bath tub in 108 was nasty. Although we do not use motel/hotel towels; their towels was stained. Room had a mold like smell. If you do not mind roaches crawling on the wall and floors; stained towels; dirty shower/tub and mold smelling room; be their guest. We cut our stay short with no refund. Never again will I stay there.
