Do not buy here (oxford). If I could give 0 stars I would. The cars they sell have negative equity. They pry and will make sure they get their money EVERYTIME you get payed. They do not do once a month payments. They do not care about working with you because only care about getting their money and holding the fact that they can turn the car off but don’t want it turned in. The best thing for you to do is take your high down payment and BUY a cash car. FAIR WARNING. It’s not worth their ignorance.

My experience with Action Auto is unreal. First of all I have not have my truck more then 30 days and every week my truck is in the shop and back out with the same problem . I can’t even get down the road from the shop without my truck stoping with the same problem. I call Ashley from Tupelo of Auction Auto that’s the Service Lady who do not give a cent . She give you the run around when you finally get her on the phone and wait JoLynn is sometimes which means sometimes she help which by the way sold me this truck in Oxford, Ms location .
