I love my beauty stores, and Ultra put a sour taste in my mouth today. I visited this location to purchase a small beauty item. As I purchased my item, the associate told me that since I did not provide my phone number, I could not return the item that I purchased even if I had a receipt. This made me uncomfortable because I will not revisit Ulta. As there are times a customer does not want to provide their phone number, it seems like I am getting punished as a consumer since I did not want to do so. Thanks but not thanks...I will drive to Memphis to visit another beauty store for all my needs.

I went into Ulta tonight and was helped by a worker named Meagan. She was so helpful and attentive. Meagan was lovely and the best part of my experience.

Went to find my correct foundation shade and the worker recommended for me to get shades that were 10 or 11 shades darker than my skin tone and had the wrong undertone

I really enjoy going into the Oxford Ulta. It is one of the cleanest stores and it's like a breath of fresh air walking in. If you need makeup, hair, and general beauty supplies, Ulta is your place. If they don't have it, you don't need it.
