This place has been a Godsend to me. I'm not even sure of all the services that they offer, but the one that I specifically have used is the Woman's Room and I have also picked up food from their food bank. They are always very professional, very kind and caring, and non-judgmental. It is a place that I would recommend to any male or female who is in need. They are definitely "friends." Indeed. ☺️

I've had the opportunity to donate my time here every Wednesday for about 18 weeks now. This is a wonderful organization that gives great food to those in need. Depending on the size of hose you shop for you can receive an ample amount of canned and fresh goods to last you the week. Tim, the manager of Friends-Indeed is the most caring and loving guy you'd meet. So happy to say I've been apart of this awesome organization!

Just go to Friends In Deed and ask for Tim and he will direct you to the head person in charge of running the Women room.
To get registered, we require that identification be brought for each person to be registered in a family, some form of documentation with current address, and proof of low-income status. If a person does not have one, or more, of these requirements, that should not stop them from coming to get food. We will meet with each person and make sure they can get food that day. We hold new registration between 10am and 12pm each Tuesday & Wednesday & Thursday.
Yes, we take walk-in clients. The Food Pantry hours are Tues/Wed from 10am - 3pm, and Thurs from 10am - 1pm. For The Women's Room, hours are Mon-Thus from 10am - 4pm.
We do give them out the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We have a registration for the turkeys at the end of October, for the Thanksgiving event. There are some rules regarding registration. The event is for current food pantry community.
We are open Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We do not accept clothing, toys, housewares, or other non-food items unless we specifically request it.
