Karsten and Henry were very efficient. I was impressed by their high level of communication in organizing my buyout and service appointments. Absolutely horrible customer service. Especially from the sales team. I was in the market for a new vehicle and the saleswoman who was "helping" me was not at all helpful. The first time I visited I didn't think much of it. But when I visited a second time, the same saleswoman was just as unhelpful and unenthusiastic as the first time. My situation revolves around the same person, but I was still unimpressed by the overall experience. I recommend taking your business to another Audi dealership.
