We went to the Pasadena, CA location on 4/8/22 to register our vehicle. Their DMV services are awesome. It is fast and easy and the Auto Club staff are knowledgeable and very professional.
A Soul
Zero star really. Dump of an office. Very lazy and incompetent people work for AAA. They will tell you any misinformation to get you to leave without helping you so they do not have to do any work. This happened to me so many times. The worse customer service around. No one listens to you. Absolutely no activity in their brains to process anything you say to them. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes just so they can treat me like this. Go to the DMV if you need help and not AAA.

The lady at the front counter is super nice, and noticed I was a little upset, she quickly noticed and was extra nice. Very kind of her to do. The guy at the window was nice too. I’ll always be back to this location, I appreciate kindness.

AAA does not itself check the cars. You need to take it to mechanic for that. I Recomend Wards Service in Monrovia which is a AAA approved garage doing business in the area since the 1920s
I was able to park and go to a signin table outside. They told you how long the wait would be and then you could sit in your car or wait in the shade to receive a text that it is your appt time. It worked very well
It's an easy process. AAA will walk you through it.
Please talk to AAA and they will explain.
Of course, isn't English still the language of the land? Lol
Auto Club does not handle driver's licenses that is the DMV only
No, only through DMV
Yes they do. Make an appointment on their website first.
I too had a recall on my Chrysler & took the DMV form with me to Triple AAA & they did the rest! It went smoothly
Yes
Not that I know of.
Sorry, I don't have that information.
Nope
Doubt it
Just go down to the office and give them your car information. They will pull up whatever fees that are needed to be paid and you can take care of it right there. You will receive new registration paperwork and stickers in hand. Note: they only take cash, check, or credit card. No debit.
If you're asking about registering a vehicle I am not too sure about that if they even register a vehicle there I really don't know if they do or don't I never tried to register vehicle there but I do pick up my tag renewals there and to pick up your tag renewals I'm in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes if that
Yes, and they will bring it to you and install it also!
Yes cash or check only
They are open. Strict rules. We waited outside for 20+ minutes. One person at a time. FYI I did my renewal online and in 11 days got my sticker & I'm a AAA membership, go figure.
No info...at this time, not a priority 4 u. Stay healthy until things get back 2 normal
I believe they have a travel agent that helps , best if you call or go down and ask
You should check their website or download the app to check which locations are open on Saturdays. But yes, this location is open on Saturdays.
AAA opens at 10am Sat. I got a temp tag so yes you will also.
If you are first starting out, it is $51 plus a 20 dollar initiation fee=$71 the first year. If you set up your email an phone number, then you can add one other person in your household for free for the first year.
Just cash or check
Both
Just go to the AAA branch, it's not a long wait.
Relatively speaking, when they mess up, they pass on their mistakes 2 us especially in Ca.
You can always call and make an appointment when you do that check to see if they have a notary there
If you want to make an appointment yes you call them so your not waiting in a long line
10 days
Yes do it at Auto Club So much faster
Get CDL forms at DMV website
No, you would to go to the DMV, it is best to make an appointment first or be prepared to be there all day.
You can bring it to AAA and get a placard guess there some AAA who can't give placard but at Pasadena, Grand at Monrovia, Chino
Yes they do
DMV won't release the info unless it's required by law
Check on line for any class offerings.
It's the only place i transfer title with. So much easier the DMV. Alex is right, cash or check only for DMV services. Check on holiday hours before you go in
I don't know if you can renew your passport @ an AAA office. I know you can take passport photos there cheaper than most places. You can get the form @ most post offices & @ some locations can have your picture taken there. Otherwise go online to download the form & mail the form with your current picture & expired passport.
