Can we make an appointment at the pasadena branch?

I was able to park and go to a signin table outside. They told you how long the wait would be and then you could sit in your car or wait in the shade to receive a text that it is your appt time. It worked very well

Not excepting appointments that I am a were of. I went and standed in line, waited in my car until I got a text. It only took ten minutes.
