Friendly place to shop for a Cadillac. Stock's a little limited due to Covid, but the salesmen are attentive to customers as they show up. If you can, ask for the salesman, Ray. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

Nightmare experience with finance office Purchased a Xt6 about 2 months ago I refinanced it through my credit union about a week afterwards. let the dealership know what i had done and requested a refund of my gap insurance They said no problem it would take about a month. I waited and checked back when i got a letter from Ally Auto that the cancelation was received on 2/11/22 spoke to the finance that day said i should get it about 3 to 4 weeks. I waited and checked back last Thursday. They said still waiting for the check to be deposited in their account. This morning I called Ally they verified my account and said its now with Wells Fargo another 4 to 6 weeks for the dealer to receive the money. I dont understand how the dealer can leave me hanging for the money that was paid and they have clarification that they are being reimbursed to them. Just pay me !!!

They continue to be best Cadillac dealer in SoCal! I always bring my CTS for service here though I live in West Hollywood. The team is great. Diana Zuniga is the best service advisor out of any place I have been. She knows about quality customer service. The whole Symes team is A+ but Diana Zuniga is the best make your appointment with her. They go beyond the quality of service you expect from Cadillac. There is no reason to go to anywhere else if you drive a GM car. I bought the car from this dealer too! When I was shopping for a new car, my girlfriend and I went to almost every Cadillac dealer in the LA area, and no other dealer gave as great an impression as Symes did. You can easily tell that it is a family owned dealership because the feel in the store is more relaxed. Our salesman, Ray McInnis, was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the details and features of all the cars. The finance manager, Joe Baba, is funny. Thanks to Ramon for his help too!
