I love this Urgent Care Hospital. I’ve been a few times now, and every experience has been extremely positive. The wait time is not bad whatsoever, the facility is clean, bathrooms are clean, front desk staff are professional, polite, and attentive. Dr Roberts is by far the best doctor I’ve ever worked with! He is amazing! Very detailed, he doesn’t rush you, he genuinely cares about patients, he’s well connected and made excellent referrals for me, and on-top of all of that he follows up with you as a patient, which is very comforting. Dr Roberts is better than my PCP & OB! This hospital is amazing! 5 plus stars!

I was there yesterday because I have had Covid for 11 days so my doctor’s office told me to go there, since it’s unusual to have it so long. I still had symptoms as well. They did not test me. The Physician’s Assistant told me that after 10 days I’m considered well without testing and I no longer need to isolate. I went home and self tested anyway. I was still positive. So if I took her advice I would have given Covid to my family and everyone else I came into contact with for 15 minutes. And if you come here to get tested, don’t expect a PCR test. They stopped doing that. I brought my son in last week and they only gave him the rapid test. Too expensive I guess. L. A. County Public Health is trying to track what Covid variants are trending in the county but they aren’t getting any help from this place.

The best urgent care center I ever went to and would definitely comeback or tell my family and friends to come here if ever they need to. Too bad I forgot the names of the staffs from the guard, check in, registration, RN Rocio and the lady doctor who saw me. Very professional, keep it up guys. Thanks alot.

Took my mom to this urgent care the other night and I was happy to find a very clean office & super friendly & knowledgeable staff. We went on a Friday night and the office was empty when we arrived so we didn’t have to wait. My mom gets very anxious at Dr’s offices but this trip was overall very smooth. The friendly staff made he feel comfortable. If ever needed again I would definitely come back.
