One Police Officer in dispatch department is corrupt and should be fired. He was suspected of receiving large amount money from a bad rich guy. He not only covers up the crimes, but also has been assisting the crime to harm many innocent people to this day.

Not that I know of but to be sure call them at the number they have here or better yet, go over there personally and talk to one of the oficers in charge for more information.
Perhaps you should go to this facility in person and speak to one of the officers in charge to se if they can help you put a restraining order on whoever is trying to steal your stuff.
