I take the paratransit to dialysis in Hockessin. The social worker and the manager of the clinic have made numerous attempts to change the morning pick up time to 8:45-9:15 through logisticare. For some reason, after months of attempting, it still hasn't been changed. As a result, I am either riding around for an hour or more or I get to the clinic so early. Additionally, your route schedules make no sense. Why does a trip to Hockessin go from the MD state line to the PA state line when I live on 273. It's obvious that you're not abiding to the contract with logisticare/modivcare who has me down at the right time of 8:45. There is no regard for your customers. If you are so overwhelmed, may I suggest you start prioritizing the customers who really need your service instead of taking people to the mall. My next step will be to contact Deldot since you're under them Maybe a call to the governor's office might get your attention,as has been suggested by more than one of your drivers. Brooke Mann
