We had the pleasure of celebrating our daughter’s 11th birthday at Cutting Edge. She personally requested Chef John to lead her pasta making class. She and her friends had an incredible time! The kids learned how to make two different pastas and 2 sauces which they turned into their delicious lunch. Chef John does an amazing job of incorporating learning and fun. He kept the kids entertained and interested while they learned the ins and outs of pasta-making. It was a seamless experience that even included cupcake decorating! We really appreciated that we were able to be accommodated for our vegetarian family, as well as for children with allergies. Thanks, Chef John & Cutting Edge Classroom!

I’ve done several of these classes with John and have enjoyed every single one! The classes are so fun, I feel like I learn so much and the food is always phenomenal. I would recommend these classes to everyone. Definitely worth it and I plan to keep coming back for more!

I purchased two sushi classes for Sunday January 16th. I spent 185.00 for two people. In the morning I contacted the business to ask if they were rescheduling due to the ice and snow that had developed. They said no. The class was from 4:00- 7:00. By 7:00 the roads were predicted to be icy and snowy. I was contacted by Chef John at 3:00 pm. I was told I could attend or be given 50 dollars towards a new class, losing 130.00 dollars already paid. I said that was unacceptable. I was told rudely, I could be taken off the roster and lose all my money or I could get 50.00 towards buying a new class. Then he hung up on me.This shows no regard for customer safety and is a rip off. My son and I were really looking forward to the class. Total disappointment. The class should have been rescheduled by Cutting Edge Classroom at no charge, in my opinion. I guess i misunderstood the voucher for 50.00. I still do not think I should be charged anything to reschedule when there is snow and ice. And I called you in the morning. You contacted me by text right before class. Doesn't explain you raising your voice and hanging up me. I deserve a full refund. Certainly won't come to your school or recommend it! Filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Bottom line, 50.00 charge in this instance outrageous.
