I am appalled but not surprised by bigotry. I am in town for work and called for delivery. I was literally put on hold and no one came back to the line. I called back and tried ordering again and this time I was hung up on😳 I thought to myself is it me or is something else happening here🤔I called back and there was crackle on the line and I said hello and the lady yelled at me because I said the line is breaking up😳 I had my coworker call and they took her order nicely… hmm so now I get it. Yea I’m black and yea my coworker is white 💀Wow I despise the behavior but I understand. Oh and I’m making sure others know about my experience. I have a huge platform. This was so weird…wow

One and a half hours after placing my order I called the store to check the status. I was on hold for 21 minutes before someone picked up. When I asked for an update I was told "hes walking out with it now". Acknowledgement of the delay would have been nice. By the time I spoke to someone my order was 2 hours old. I live 1.9 miles from the store that was fulfilling my order but it was another 30 minutes before the driver arrived. So it took a total of 2.5hours to get my food and neither the person who answered my call or the the driver apologized or even acknowledged the delay. The cherry on top was that my order, which was placed at 530pm and arrived at 8pm, was also 100% cold.

Pizza was over 2 hours late, absolutely stone cold, AND barely cooked. Found out there are like, literally 2 people working here and they are severely overworked and underpaid. For sake of the employees if nothing else, order anywhere else. Lol.

Update: the manager Chris called me personally and we spoke at length about the experience. He went above and beyond to fix the situation. The customer service shined through. I just wish that I had been able to speak to him or someone in the store the night of the order, it would have changed everything. Upgrading the review but holding out on that final star until we try once more and see how it goes. Thank you Chris for making things right! Second time ordering from this location and both pizzas have been under done. We thought initially it was just the hand tossed crust so the second pizza we ordered was pan but it was the same issue. You pick up the pizza and it just flops over totally soft on the underside, no crisp at all to the crust. Making it worse yet is that customer service for them has been outsourcrd so we could not get through to a manager in the store all you get is a busy signal for existing order issues. No way to resolve issues. Zero customer service earns you a whopping two stars for the flavor of wings only. Their wings are always great but the pizza is thumbs down and customer service double thumbs down.
