SCRATCHED MY TRUCK! I have never had an issue with the Pure Magic Car Washes in the past except the back of my vehicle not always being as clean as I would like but this time, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. We take great care of our vehicles and I took our Silverado through a wash yesterday and it scratched the side of the tailgate. About an hour after the wash I was closing up the back of the tailgate and was shocked when I saw it. There are several places on both sides of the truck but one area is horrible. I called the wash and the attendant filed a damage report but so far nothing from corporate. I can't believe this happened and I know for 100% fact the wash did this because these scratches were not there before I went through. We would have seen them especially because our truck is black. I don't know what corporate will do but I will update this post as soon as I know. Be careful with your vehicles. I went to the Lovell Road location.

Went through the car wash with my truck and the door handle and cover was taken off. So I went in to see if maybe they could check the bay for it, they did, but they didn't see it. Then I was told they could do a claim that the part was usually just sent to you, which is great, that works perfect for me. Just got a call saying they don't cover aftermarket parts.. which I knew that. But it was the door handle that comes on the truck originally, and I had bought a cover that went over that, so I knew the cover wouldn't be covered. Then said they would call back. Literally turned right around and called back saying I could take it to Nissan and bring them the bill for reimbursement. Why say they usually send the part? Why make it such a hassle? I work upward of 65 hours on a very non consistent schedule so it makes it hard to even just pop into the dealership then the hassle of me paying who knows what out of pocket at a dealership, sitting there for who knows how long... Then running the ticket back and probably having to wait so many days for reimbursement. Sending the part I could at least do it myself at home in about 15 minutes if that. Very unhappy with the run around, communication, and how this was handled. 😐 Also this was the one right off Lovell Rd.

Even though this is a car wash, when i signed up for monthly payments, i got an email from the founder himself introducing himself and letting me know i can email him whenever i please with any questions and concerns. I usually don’t leave reviews, but since my family owns a business and i am in charge of getting reviews, i know how extremely hard it is to get reviews, especially good ones! I hope this helps your business and i would recommend this car wash to anyone! Good luck :)

Nice place. You can't beat a hand wash but for what a quick wash does. It did a really good job. I think the prices are fair too. *side note* all these claims of damage to vehicles. One with a tire. Ummm that's 100% not from the car wash. Brah! The wheel weight is unscathed. Had it been from the track the wheel weight (soft metal) would of been scarred as well. Better talk to whoever balanced your tires. The broken tail lights umm that's highly unlikely from the car wash too. I mean, if it broke yours it'd broke everyone else's too.. ((((Suggest the car wash owner install entry and exit cameras to dispute claims ))))

It's a flaw in there system. Point it out to them. They do a really good job at making sure their customer is treated fairly. Or at least that's been my experience

There's one on Kingston pike and one on Alcoa hwy that offer special services. They do have a floor mat cleaner and vending machines with cleaning products.
