Norman Taylor & Associates did an amazing job on my case vs Maserati. They made them buyback my car within a few weeks. I heard Maserati is hard to deal with and have to be sued to make them buy the car back but Norman Taylor made sure mine was bought back with the demand letter. They kept me updated and let me know all the steps. Maserati shorted me on one of my payments after the settlement and Norman Taylor went back and got the last payment for me. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I had a recurring problem with my Toyota Camry that wasn't handled after numerous attempts. I tried to get it resolved several times with the corporate office, but gave up after being given the run-around. I contacted Norman Taylor and Associates as a last resort, not didn't really expect anything to happen (after all, it was a 5-year old car). The staff was extremely professional and always gave me a step-by-step account of what was happening and what would happen next. Every one of the employees I came in contact was professional and extremely courteous at tall times. Within a month, Toyota offered an extremely generous settlement and bought back my car from me (I owned it for 5 years and received close to the purchase price back).
