I was there with eye infection, I couldn't see and I couldn't drive with one eye.My doctor refuses to see me and they told me to go to Olive urgent care. I told them how with one eye I can drive.??? They didn't care and they told me to come back next day. Do you think I could wait to be blind and wait another day with pain??!!! If you want to see Dr. you have to make an appointment 3 months before, even if it is emergency you have to wait.

I had an appointment today at 1.40 I arrived late 10 minutes due to traffic accident on the highway [ the sign said will reschedule if you are late 15 minutes ] the nurse refused to take me in to see the doctor! Very rude and not professionally pointed at the signs that she didn't understand in 2 languages. Then then information desk tried to help but the nurse kept saying the doctor won't see you [ Dr.Phan ], who refused to see me even when I said I will wait for everyone else inline to in first. I don't know if I should call you a doctor!!! I had a bad knee injury and it's getting worse. The other nurse tells me to go somewhere else because no one here knows what to do. Waste of time and not professional people. I waited over an hour and still the doctor refused to see me. Why patients should deal with such people!!!

Useless working hours, appointments are given in 1 or 2 months which you already fell good or died. Dont have a real doctors they only have a registered nurse as a doctor!

The medical center has one of the most hard-working staff out of LA County clinics. All of the staff are immigrants that are trying to work hard and make a living, it is cruel and ignorant to say they do not "know English".
