The company told me I could put things in my car when shipped as well as being told that the money for the initial payment will be subtracted from my overall price. I was charged $200 extra for having clothes in my car and the driver told me that the initial payment did not go to my overall payment. So I had to pay an extra $400 for the shipping of my car. DON'T use this service, this is fraud.

From the first point of contact to the last. I was always informed of the next step in the delivery of my car. Showed up when they quoted for a great rate that beat almost every other competitor. I would use them in a heart beat any time I needed to ship a vehicle. GREAT WORK! Nick was the coordinator and Arthur was the driver. Both were amazing.

Stay away!! They are liars, disrespectful and completely unprofessional! Worst customer service ever! "Ben was my coordinator" I had a very bad experience with them, They said they will pick up my car between Oct 1st and 5th and they didn't however they have my credit card from day one! Ended up going with a different company! If you want to get your car shipped don't waste your time!

Shipping a car is a bit of a headache and prior to finding Global. I saw bad reviews after bad reviews which terrified me that my car would be damaged during the shipping. But after doing extensive research I settled on Global. I talked to Alvaro. He was very professional and easy to work with. Once my order was handed off to the shipping company he made sure I had all relevant contact information and encouraged me to get in contact with the carrier directly. My driver was good at communicating with me though and we worked out a deal where he would drop off the car and I would contact him when I got home, and they would bring the car. My car arrived damage-free. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.

Hi Jones. Thanks for your question. Either you or your designated representative must be present at both sites. The transporter will not be able to accept your vehicle without an authorized signature, and he/she will not be able to deliver your vehicle without an authorized signature on the Bill of Lading. As soon as your vehicle is dispatched, we will call you and give you the names of both the carrier and the driver. The driver will contact you 24 hours prior to pick up and delivery, depending upon his/her cell phone range.
