my experience may have been isolated but i had to get my interlock device service by this place many times and each time, they were rude. I had to show them a screen shot from the DMV indicating California law on how often to get an interlock device calibrated. in California its every 60 days but he conveniently kept me going every 30 days, until i had to sit in front of him and watch him select 60 days, interesting it worked after he kept saying he couldn't..lol i was stuck with that place for my duration of the install or i would have gone somewhere else. I heard him bad mouth a client that 'complained' about the service too. avoid this place unless you like poor service. I had to dispute a charge with my CC to finally get it resolved.

Great place for new car stereo systems. They helped me remove my old built-in car radio (2001 Land Rover Discovery). Totally nice guy, very professional. I would recommend this place for all car audio/radio solutions.

Based on the majority of the existing reviews, it was an easy choice for me to come in and get a quote for getting a new head-unit (incl. installation). Albert can be described as a gentle giant. He was nothing but helpful and answered all my questions. What I really enjoyed was that he does not come off as someone who claims to know everything but instead invites one to sit down with him and look up answers online. I received excellent top-notch service and I can only recommend Albert & his team. The work was done before the promised time and I am very satisfied with the clean wiring and setup. What I really appreciate is that even after services have been completed, Albert will reassure one to call him, if anything is not to one's satisfaction. I really felt that I have been given a good price and was treated like an A-Class customer.
