AWFUL!!!!! Experince the point of online ordering is efficiency and time saving........well NOT. They sent order ready for pickup, get to the store, order NOT, ready, cashier ignored me until I confronted her, since she was having a important conversation about how much drinking she was going to do on the weekend, then she called someone even worst to check where my order was.......30 minutes later I finally get my item.....which I went to pick up directly from the aisle........WTH?

This review is based solely on the efficiency of the location. At any given time of day, you will encounter a very long line. There will be associates wandering in the sales floor, not hopping onto a register to help get the lighting down. There should be a fast pass for the check out lol The team members are nice enough. But the store is not being managed properly. Today while 10 or more people were in line, one person was cleaning the shelves… cleanliness is important. But courtesy and efficiency are more so.

An interesting arts and crafts store, overpriced, that seemingly has everything you think you need, but really doesn't and teeters on the verge of girly and tacky with very limited choices of inventory. Also, when I was there the line was so long it was almost out the door and only one register was open, unacceptable!

Lots of Craft supplies. They Also have a huge supply of home decoration items. The only downside to this location is the parking and the long lines. Sometimes the lines are very long and there's not enough checkers checking people out.
