Irresponsible service. I've had my vehicle serviced here several times and had no problem. However, this time it was different. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:15 for oil and brake fluid change on Saturday. I expected a completion notification, but never received one and had to live without my vehicle all through the weekend. I even called the service to check the status, but was told that someone will contact, but no one contacted me. I had to call on Monday morning to arrange Uber pick up. I could not go to work because of the car. At the dealer, I asked for a manager to complain about the situation and was told that the manager is in a meeting and I will be contacted later. Still no one contacted me after one week. Someone at the service mentioned that the completion message was sent before noon on Saturday, but I never received a message. I am very disappointed. It may not sound like a big deal, but my life was definitely affected by absence of the vehicle throughout the weekend and I could not go to work because I had to pick up the car in the morning of Monday.

These guys were very professional and great to work with! They were very accommodating with us, since we were driving back to Colorado with the car. It was a quick and easy process, which I very much appreciate. They will be getting more of our business in the future!

I brought my car in to get brakes replaced. I was quoted $399 + tax. When I arrived I was handed a bill for $391. I was shocked. I’ve never been to a dealership and paid less than what I was quoted. Henry the Service manager went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. Thank you Pacific BMW.

They have some of the best safety precautions I've seen. There's a uniformed mask enforcement person ensuring all guests are wearing masks, hand sanitizer stations, high touch point items like guest coffee etc has been removed. They also offer vehicle pick up and drop off for repair service. Vehicles are washed, and sanitized after repair.
Why would you ask that here? I if you need one stock call LTMW you will get a better price and a OEM one.
I paid 187 for 1 for a 3251 2003 .yours is a biger car im sure its mor expensive
