I was sceptical at first. I live a thousand miles away, and when i looked at the website and found the car i was interested in Jacob and Fred helped us make it happen. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and made sure that the trip was worth our time. He answered all our questions and was available for whatever we needed during the whole process. Service advisor Cindy Barrera was incredible... I had previously visited another Toyota dealership which was prepared to charge me over $1200 in parts and labor (for a replacement part) Miss Barrera however was very upfront, and explained things to me in detail which ended up saving me over $800 in repairs. I'm not used to that level of honesty when dealing big companies but it was deeply appreciated and wanted to say thank you to Cindy Barrera and Toyota of Glendale A+
