I was terrified when I received a letter from the Superior Court charging me with 2 felonies on April 2018. I started looking for a lawyer and was not satisfied with the ones I contacted. I remember that my friend Rick had a DIU in 2016 and he had mention that his attorney was great. I called Rick in the middle of the night. He gave me Mr. Kraut's cell phone number. I called Mr. Kraut, I was going to leave a message but surprisingly, he answered the call and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. After explaining my case, Mr. Kraut said..."I can have those felonies dismissed"...and he did!. I was impressed with his connections in the court room!. Everybody there knew him and respected him, including judges!. Michael Kraut is a great negotiator, he will find the best deal for you as he did for me. I have my record clean!. Thank you, once again Mr. Kraut for the great job. I would highly recommend the legal services of Michael Kraut and his law firm.

Mr. Michael Kraut and his law firm secured the best possible outcome concerning 3 separate outstanding legal matters. Michael Kraut was very accessible through trying times promptly returning calls and/or texts and e-mails, including early morning, weekends and evenings. His professionalism together with an honest and direct approach was exemplary of characteristics I believe are needed for an effective defense. Michael also has a soft side that was helpful in keeping a calm in the mix without losing focus; rather, reinforcing confidence in his commitment to work hard without wasting any time.

I hired Mike for serious felony charges. My case was very difficult but yet Mike was able to get much better then expected results ....UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS..... When you are at a critical point in your life don't risk it hire the best. He is very passionate which you don't see in other lawyers and goes out of his way to make sure you get the best outcome possible. He not only got great results for me but also for someone I know. I have dealt with many attorneys but none is like Mike. He is highly respected by judges and prosecutors. He is a great negotiator. Mike is the best attorney you are going to find. He truly is a professional and the best in his field. If you need an attorney don't look any further. I will definitely hire Mike again. Mike I can't thank you enough for what you did for me I will be grateful to you forever.

While I will not discuss the nature of the case, I certainly needed an attorney. Having had bad experiences in the past with lawyers I was originally skeptical. However Michael Kraut law group not only surpassed my expectations but was able to deliver exactly what I needed. He responded rapidly to every question, was honest, forthcoming, and blunt. His reputation as an effective, dedicated, and most importantly as a winner are greatly deserved. I am ever grateful for his help and can not speak highly enough of him.

If a person is charged with engaging in lewd conduct, the prosecution must prove that the person willfully engaged, while in a public place, in touching their, or another person’s, genitals, buttocks or female breast with the intent to sexually arouse or gratify themselves or another person, or for the purpose to annoy or offend another person. There must be another person in the public place who might be offended by the conduct. Finally, the prosecutor must prove that at the time the person committed the conduct, the person knew or should have known that someone might be offended by the conduct.
