We really love living here. The amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, playground, car washing place, dog park, walking path, etc) are criminally underused, but we don't mind it! The internet/trash package is extremely affordable and convenient. Internet is strong enough for video calls while someone else is streaming video. Close to downtown, but quiet. Good parking. Maintenance requests are minimal and always done same or next day.

The ladies in the office, Lauren and May or April are the most understanding & are the sweetest people I have ever met. The apartments are just beautiful I don’t even feel like i’m in an apartment. Maintenance guys are quick to fix any issues. Neighbors are great too! I love my valet trash

I keep loving the community. I have been able to see the development and am happy to be part of it. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The space is amazing. The pool, BBQ area, Gym, playground, car wash, lake & trail, and Business Office are all outstanding. Coffee is a great treat during business hours (Sunday pm included) We have great neighbors and a Super assigned elementary school. I call my apartment Home. Spacious and customized now to meet our family's needs. Conestee park at a walking distance and a great Dog park. Location is great. Valet trash service is good. I have loved the last 3 months. Highly recommended!

I’ve lived here at Ardmore for about 7 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful property and great location. Love being right across the street from such a great park too. Bonnie and Lauren in the office are always so sweet to me and my dog. He loves going to get his treat from them everyday when I get home. I love how pet friendly it is here. The walking trail has been really great too! I’ve never had a problem and I would definitely recommend living here.
