Trash. Saving a little on rent isn't worth it. Place is a slum. Constant building code inspectors showing up. Nonstop fire alarms. Building maintenance never shows up. Loyda Perez in the office and FPI management just ignore the wait list and move family members in to every apartment that opens up after evicting someone for made-up violations. Don't waste your time.

Waste of time to apply. Nothing is ever actually available and probably won't ever be. The apartment manager, Loyda Perez, just ignores the waitlist and gives every available unit to her extended family members and people she owes money to whenever there is a vacancy. The Loyda Perez gang has 6 units now and counting.
