Really bad experience. One of the representatives it’s not responsible at all. She always says I want this document and all of that to send all of it in a few days and then you think she already did but she only calls next time to get an update on the document and the same speech “ to send it”.
It’s already 4 months and she hasn’t been able to do what she says… get all the documents and send it because she always say “ to make the case stronger” but still she’s not doing any progress.
