All publicity they spend about how God they are it's false and in special be careful when Erick price said that personally will check your case. For almost 4 years my mom 82 years old has been waiting for citizenship and yesterday june24 2022 was her appointment and special case for dementia and because the case was unprofessional documented the lawyer can't be with my mom because protocol about covid my mom can but they Can't only by phone. Inmigration officer can't help to my mom and they said has to rescheduled appointment . (More time to wait) After that nobody call me back from the office for an explanation but I did and obviously they don't accept theirs mistakes.And there's much more to say about this case and my mom it's a real costumer I can probe with e- mails i been documented and if you want to know more I will write a link as soon as I can to detail each issue . Been with this office for a few years now. Well my husband is a client of theirs. We started with the office at the beginning of 2019 before everything started to go crazy. Even though everything was shut down, I was surprised that this office remained open. I'll be honest, its been a bit hectic since then. We have worked with several people within the office and its been hard speaking with so many people, but I get why its this way. At the end of the day they were able to get my husband his residency so I am happy with the service overall.

If we had to option to write 0 stars then that is what they deserve. Firm lacks communication (Los Angeles Office). Very bad in communicating with their clients. They "helped" me with my AP and the attorney we had tried to charge us twice (ex of bad communication from within firm), they kept losing our papers (another ex of bad communication) and that caused them to send over our complete application months later rather then immediately, which is what they say when you go talk to them in person (another ex of bad communication and service overall). Do not recommend coming here, their consults are set for a time but then they have you waiting over an hour which defeats the purpose of making a set time consult. They waste your time. Went again for a consult a couple days ago (decided to give them another chance, shame on me for that) and they had us waiting over an hour to speak with an attorney for a consult. Spoke to someone named Valentin Bourget and I believe he is the Communications Director which is ironic because when we spoke to him he was very rude and seemed moody, which is something a communications director should know better I assume. We tried to explain our situation / ask for help/ guidance, to him and he kept cutting us off when we were speaking. Seemed more of wanting to argue or try to get rid of us rather than trying to understand. Until later when he saw some previous notes in his computer and he later changed what he was saying and eventually told us to wait in the waiting room. Long story short, bad experience don't recommend at all.
