Horrible law firm . Extremely horrible communication with clients after signing initial contract . Slam dunk case Amtrak incident on video surveillance and I expressed this to them for several months and they failed to file any demand for video surveillance from Amtrak did not file lawsuit and then after 1year of waiting they sent me a letter in the mail stating they would no longer represent me without reasoning. They are corrupt and intentionally try demolishing cases if you bring malpractice lawsuit to there attention. For a every day citizen please do not put your case in these people hands AT ALL. Take your chances with a different firm as they will leave you with Tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills

I was injured in October 2021 and hired B&D about 2 weeks after injury . At first they were so helpful in explaining everything but So far I have had 3 case managers 2 have quit and every time I've had a new case manager I've had to explain everything all over again .I feel that my case is taking longer because of it ! the case manager is have now asked me to give her a chance and I said ok but it's hard to contact her and if I leave message I get no response .sometimes takes weeks to speak with her . I had to go myself to Stockton from Vallejo to all my doctor's and get my medical records myself and send them to case manager because she has been needing them for past month ! it cost me $30 to send fax of 1 doc medical records and been having issues with hospital records ! I honestly thought having a lawyer it would be less stress but it's like I'm doing work for them . every time I've spoken to her I'm telling her something she should already know . I don't know if I'm able to just find someone else to help me ?? I'm not happy

They do not keep you informed about your case. It takes numerous calls and texts messages to reach someone and they wait the full 2 years to file your case! In my situation, they waited so long to file the case that the video evidence was not subpoenaed and now the store is not claiming liability and is refusing to turn over anything and they may not even have the video now! Please run away from this firm so this doesn't happen to you! I may not get a settlement now and I will need a future back and knee surgery for my fall injuries.....This firm is not here to help you at all

I have nothing but positive things to say about this firm! They did an amazing job on my auto accident case. I originally called the insurance thinking they would help but they just dragged their feet and after a few weeks put me at fault. I was hurt and needed a doctor and had to get help and that's when I found B&D Law. When I initially spoke with Ryan, she told me that they would hold my hand throughout the entire process. They didn't disappoint. They found me a bodyshop and got my car fixed and even paid my $500 deductible while fighting with the insurance.
