This firm never answers their phone , also I’m being garnished for a second time on a debt that was paid to them 2 years ago , I wonder about this place because I say the recording all conversations I would think that they would Having their systems that Odette is being paid rather than charging me 2 times for it PICK UP YOUR PHONE

If you fight them you can win! They are extremely lazy especially that fat lump Jason Burrows and Laura Hoalst. They are hoping you'll do nothing and then they can get a default judgment. NO! Answer the summons immediately with a PLD-C-10 Answer form and a Proof of Service form. An attorney is not much money but if you can't afford one then PLEASE go to your local law library! Sac Law dot org has plenty of information if you need a start. They will help you! They helped me beat Winn Law Group!

Needless to say they try to get you to pay a bill after an account is closed. California law says you don't have to pay if bills is five years owing. These turds act like your best bud u start paying. That opens up past interest piled on garnishment of your job check. Horrible nightmare. Do this.. Write letter asking if this your account. If so keep stalling up to five year limitation. I didn't know this. U are NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY OFF A CHARGE OFF. If you start paying you will get ylthe horror above. All I could do file bankruptcy to get them off my back. Now excellent credit. Never be in fear. They call all hours seven days a week even in the job. Don't pay. Hope this helps.

As of early Oct 2016. No one here answers their phone. Not a single person with the phone number advertised. You go straight to voice mail through out every department. I've delt with a few law firms and this is the first law firm I have felt with who done this. I see their online payment section is working just fine.. * very suspicious* Still they respond quick when they are allegedly trying to collect or attempt to sue you to court for dept.

Be careful of them. They are very capable of lying. I dispted their judgement with facts and dates, intending to file a motion to vacate judgment. I ended up getting the judgement cleared and amount owed cleared. They depend on most people not disputing it. Their process server is just as crooked....described me as a completely different person and claimed to have traveled 160 miles (one way) with 3 round trips to serve me. Sux times 160 miles @.55 a mile would cost approx 528.00 to the process server. Not only that, the 12 hours it would take to drive that. For $125.00???? Give me a break. These people work in partnership as crooks under penalty of purgery All I can say is dont let them get away with it. I didnt....and documented everything. The whole judgement is wiped clean. .
