Good friendly group. No price haggling though. Overall they kept everything clean on us and above board and I appreciate that. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because when we got ready to leave one of their newer employees took two cars out to test drive.. LOL parked one of them behind us so we had to wait for them to show up before we could leave. We ended up having to wait an extra 20 minutes. It was a hop skip and a drive back to San Bernardino because of those 20 minutes. Praise God for the carpool lane
