I had my last two oil changes at this Jiffy Lube and I have my receipts. Experience was okay until I was told my oil pan was stripped. Employees said the last person must’ve over tightened the bolt. I was told my oil was not currently leaking but would need to be replaced. I drove home just to discover a massive leak underneath my car. I consider myself an understanding person and didn’t get upset, just wanted the repair eventually dealt with. I’ve contacted Jiffy Lube’s customer service and my case was forwarded to the owner like it was supposed to. Been over a week and no response when I was allegedly supposed to receive a response within 48-72 hours. My case has been forwarded to them again twice and still no response. Customer service said there was nothing they can do since they’re privately owned. Sounds like the business owners like to ignore cases just to not deal with them. Just know if something goes wrong, there’s no one you can speak to directly about resolving the issue. Would not recommend. Please go somewhere else.

5 stars for the guys/gals that work here...very professional and customer service oriented. 1 star for the watered down coolant Jiffy Lube uses. I've been dealing with overheating issues for 5 months...I've paid for 3 coolant flushes. Engine would be fine for 3 weeks, then overheating issues...I've replaced EVERYTHING in my car that deals with the coolant system, still overheating...come to find out the DEXCOOL they use breaks down, it's watered down....so just turns to orange water, and bam overheating engine. Again , the people working here are awesome...but how you charging people $170 for coolant flush and you don't put the good stuff, real stuff, the stuff the OEM demands?...that's some B.S. so thankful I didn't blow a head gasket or have my engine lock up on me.

Andres had amazing customer service and had our oil change done so quickly! He helped turn off our oil light and cleaned the windshield. Definitely recommend!

This place, let me tell you right now that this place.....as good as it gets. We just moved to Florida a few days ago and needed to find a shop. We pulled up, spoke to Jamal for a short time, (very knowledgable young man) and spent a few minutes with Larry (great guy) ...The customer service and the treatment that we recieved made us feel welcomed and comfortable and we have no doubt found our shop. Its great to know that there are still people out here that do good dependable honest business and actually do it with a great attitude and a smile. Thank you guys, Cincearly, Greatfull
