This is the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced in my entire life. I guess they feel as though everyone coming here for assistance is uneducated with hoodlike mentality. Do not go here if you can avoid it. No help from case managers.. Laura is very helpful.. Ernie is the worst Case manager EVER! They put you on long holds when you call, cancel scheduled appointments when you arrive, and is slow at getting you into your desired classes. Ms Pam (manager), gets things done. The Caucasian lady at the front desk is very helpful. Other than that, enforces why I don't like doing business with my black people.
