Our credit card was stolen in Mexico. We've been trying for an hour and a half to cancel the card but they keep dropping our calls during the myriad transfers. What a miserable service.

Someone in my family took out a loan with this bank. When the payments were due, this company hired these thugs to harass me and my family with threatening phone calls. These weren't your ordinary bill collector calls. These people didn't properly introduce themselves, then started asking for my relative. I asked why didn't they call them. The person then proceeded to say my relative was being sued. Isn't that private information? I asked how they got my phone number and they never replied. Never do business with these loan sharks!
