The WORST urgent care ever. The doctor was super rude and she did not believe what I was telling her and thought I was being dramatic and lying. They didn’t even send my prescription to the pharmacy and I could not get my medicine. Worst doctor and patient care ever.

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful and Matthew the PA was wonderful with my 2 1/2 year-old! First time as a parent taking my child into urgent care and they were so sweet and gentle with my little girl! Would recommend OC urgent care lake forest location to anyone – we will be going there in the future!

The staff here is amazing. I'm from out of town and needed to be seen for something in my eye. They were one of the best urgent care experiences I've had, I felt cared for and comfortable the entire time.

Be careful! This place tries to ruin your reputation!! I was seen last year and apparently their "tablet" sign in system registered by surname as the address. Consequently I never received a bill from them. They had a valid phone number but no one bothered to call me regarding not having a valid address. Instead they decide to wait 20 months and send it to a collection agency. Of course the collection agency actually calls the valid phone number. Would have been nice if someone in the Urgent Care billing department extended that courtesy! I am NEVER late on payments for ANYTHING. I have NEVER not paid a medical bill. Shame on OC Urgent Care billing personnel for not doing their job! Get a new tablet system too that can actually figure out if there isn't a NUMBER in the address field it's not correct and prompt a sick patient for a clarification or correction.
