On the surface, this community is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not without problems. In short, good on-site staff, but bad upper management. Right after move-in in 2020, we faced numerous unexpected maintenance issues including termites in the kitchen which required tenting. Gables -- a large apartment corporation -- refused to give us any discount on the rent, offering instead for us to move out if we weren't satisfied. This was despite part of the unit being temporarily unusable and having to board our dogs during the process. In the aftermath, we were left with faulty kitchen cabinets that over months, partially collapsed. The repairs were shoddy at best. Almost 2 years later, the bugs came back. Gables did not improve the way they respond to such incidents and once again, left us without part of the apartment to use. The other main issue are the rent increases. One year we had to negotiate a 20% increase and now we’re hearing rumors about a 50% increase. Otherwise, relatively no complaints about our experience. Great amenities, spacious units, and good location. The on-site staff is ok. Elisa, Kadian, and Eric are on-point. In the past, they have been quick to respond to issues, and are generally friendly, and professional. Recently, it seems they’ve been a bit bogged down. Bottomline, as with many other large apartment groups, if an issue requires involvement of upper management, expect some friction. Sometimes it works out, usually it won't. Gables asked me to email them about this review. I’ve never heard back.

Wanted to take the time out to shout out Gables at Wilton Park and Kadian in the leasing office for their warm welcome and the way they treated me when I was looking for a place to live after relocating from California. The location is perfect and even though the price points are a bit out of my range I am still looking forward to being able to find a townhouse there in the near future...

I want to take some time out to say thank you to the staff here at Gables Wilton Park. The property manager is so welcoming, helpful, and extremely professional. The building is well kept and the amenities are also well maintained and up to date. Im so happy that I walked through this property and I look forward to being a resident here.

I appreciated the professionalism the office staff provided during my visit. I left the office feeling like I was already a resident. The apartment features and the overall community appearance and upkeep was very impressive and nothing beats the location. Prices everywhere are crazy right now so might as well get something that checks all your other boxes. Looking forward!!
