I think Five Points liquor stores awesome the people are nice if you want to talk to them you talk to them if you don't you don't but they have what you're pretty much need and they have it at a good price versus you go across the way next to Alibi that little liquor store way overpriced

TLDR; Disturbingly rude employee lost potential business from me. Long version: I'm unfamiliar with the area and found it hard to get parking. Thought I got lucky when I found this liquor store parking nearby. There were multiple empty spots and it was just past noon (not high time for a liquor store so I'm not blocking any patrons). Even so, within 3 seconds of parking my car an employee yells at me to move my car. I get it, but you don't have to yell. I told him I could buy something from his store (wasn't in my original plan but liquor has a long shelf life) after I run my (3 minute) errand and he yelled "no!" It's the yelling from start to finish that led to this review. If I'm ever in this area again and I need some alcohol (or parking) this is where I will NOT go.

Hats off to the patient employee who dealt so calmly and professionally with a rude customer. The guy had clearly already been drinking and seemed to want an argument. The guy entered the store without wearing a mask and became disrespectful when he was asked to put it on. He then asked the clerk to come down the isle and help him find the liquor he wanted without wearing a mask.....what??? The guy eventually put on the mask and then was assisted with finding the liquor that he clearly didn't need. He huffed and puffed like a complete child the whole time he was inside the store. The clerk just smiled even when he had to be firm and didn't allow the problematic customer before me ruin my customer experience. Great job Sir!
