I have never left a review but I feel I have to for this particular DD location. This is consistently the worst run DD in the area. I try and come back about once every 2-3 months (after frequenting this location a lot in the past) thinking it will better and it never is. The staff could care less about the quality of their service, coffee and food. Today was no different. Ordered 2 orders of stuffed bagel mini's but had to wait almost 10 min to get them as the 2 girls on staff there were arguing with another customer claiming he did not receive his chocolate donut with his order. They continued to disagree with the man, claiming he was lying until he finally gave up and walked out upset. So I'm left standing there waiting for someone to prepare my order. When they finally "got around to it" it felt, she handed me only 1 order of bagel mini's. I immediately spoke up and she started to argue with me until I showed her the receipt. She put another order in the oven and cooked them 15 sec and then threw them in my bag. The were ice cold in the middle. I would not leave this review if I felt it wasnt warranted but this is the typical service you will receive at this location by my many experiences. Will not be returning.

Rude staff. I stood there while they joked around and texted.. I started to say hi I’d like to order and the cracked up about something on their phones. The really need to filter through their staff here.
