My delivery was missing items Mo one answered the phone to help Had to drive to store to complain, manager was rude and called me an asso. I have a video of her doing so. Left my order for a full refund. Do not order from this papa John's. You will most likely regret it

The boys and gals at this location chat too much and curse dirty words even when customers are present. I ordered a pizza with 5 toppings and they only put 4 (no pepperoni). I ordered cheese stick and it wasn’t presentable burnt. I wouldn’t recommend or go back there and I know papa Johns makes good pizza, I think it’s the people at this location that are not doing a good job!!

Ordered a New York style pepperoni pizza and asked for and paid for extra cheese. Didn't get it. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and I was there on time. The pizza was already cold, tough and stiff. I paid $16.05 and it was no better than a Little Caesar's pizza that costs less than half the price. I won't be coming back to this place again. It stinks!!!
