Terrible experience, wasted over 1.5 hours. I didn't have a reservation, and was working with a rep immediately. Shortly after entering my Social security number, I was pulled away from that rep, and he attempted to help me. Attempted, i have multiple Verizon phones to activate for BYOD but after they struggled to take my id picture 4 times, and the store manager blamed the issues on anything but himself, nor offered consolidation, I was told the whole system was down without an ETA. The store manager was worthless, and if you mandate all employees to wear a mask, and you're the only one without one, what are you saying? Avoid this store at all costs, the few extra miles to visit ANY other location will be of great benefit to you.

This place is terrible, complete waste of time and trashy store manager. I came in with 5 BYOD unlocked Verizon phones. Spent 1.5 hours entering my social security number, watching each employee struggle to take a picture of my ID then the store manager (the only one without a mask in the entire store) blame the issue on spectrum servers. When I left for air and came back I was simply told (the whole system is down) no eta for it coming back. Seriously, is this Pop Copy!? Get a new store manager would be a great start, if you make all your employees wear a mask, why aren't you?

Been here waiting for 1.5 hours and only #6 in line from #18, so I decided to write because I have nothing better to do. I understand everyone is here at the store because they have problems that couldn’t be resolved over the phone. But when I see two reps at one station helping one customer for an extended period, that’s incompetence right there. And when multiple employees go to the back for a break simultaneously, that’s poor staffing and time management. Not how I would run my business…

Why are there reps not wearing masks? Why are there several reps standing around not assisting others waiting? Why does it take SO LONG just to process each person? My goodness! Can you spell "inefficient processes?" So they have staff without masks but yet, they want me (WITH a mask) to step back away from the counter!?!? Incredible

It all depends on when a person has their bill do how close they are today check it buries there isn't one day busy within the next it's about the same awake about 20 minutes from start to finish look out for that security guard I think you're trying to steal or try to run you off the property after you spend your money

On the back of your spectrum box there is an HDMI out, take your HDMI line plug it in there go to the back of your smart TV and plug it into number one HDMI Inlet. Your TV will then prompt you through the setup.
