Working with The accident Guys was easy going because literally they take care of everything. They was very efficient and attentive. I like that fact that anytime something was going to be done they referred to me and asked how I felt about certain decisions. Overall the experience was satisfactory!!!

I got into this accident in July and didn't experience pain right away. A car ran a red light and T-Boned me where I felt all the impact. I contacted the law firm until four months after my accident I had started physical therapy on my own prior as I was feeling pain on my left shoulder. They were helpful in providing me with additional treatment. The process took no longer than 8 months after I got a new job I was no longer able to continue treatment since they were all during business hours. Attorney's and staff were all so kind Joseph handled my case and the case manager Kimberly would provide me with updates on how they were still obtaining all supporting documents on how to close my case. The process was obtaining documents such as medical records, speaking to the insurance and then negotiated my medical bills. They were able to negotiate them at a low cost.

Through unfortunate circumstance, I was referred to The Accident Guys after an auto collision. This was my first experience being involved in an accident with extensive damages and physical injury. To be honest, I was initially overwhelmed.. but every representative that worked on my case made this an easy process which I don't think I could have done on my own. Great service, expert knowledge and results. 10/10 would recommend

The accident guys where my go to without a doubt for my workers compensation case. Dealing with a work related injury and Mr. Thang and Vicky were very efficient but also straight forward so I was aware of what was going and kept updated at all times so there was no confusion. If you are dealing with workers compensation or any work related injury I would definitely recommend The Accident Guys. Thanks again you all are awesome 👌 👏 👍🏿

Yes. Some insurance companies will set you up with a rental car. Some others will have you pay for the rental and will reimburse you the amount of a comparable car. If you have rental coverage through your insurance company, you can also get a rental car through them.
No. Your insurance only goes up if you are 51% or more at fault for an accident. Therefore, you should use your insurance company for an accident you did not cause.
The at-fault party or your insurance company have the option of (1) either repairing your car or (2) paying the value of your car before the accident. They will usually pick whichever costs less.
The size of your accident isn’t what matters to The Accident Guys - it’s your health and medical needs that we worried about most. If your case would benefit from our firm’s legal representation, we will take your case, regardless of the amount of damage done to your vehicle. If we think your case would be better suited elsewhere, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
The at-fault party or your insurance company will pay to repair your car OR total it out in most cases. This means the insurance company will pay for the value of your car prior to the accident. It’s most likely they will choose whichever option costs them the least.
Absolutely not. The insurance company is not entitled to a statement from you, and they may use anything you say against you. That is why we recommend letting an attorney handle all communication with the at-fault party’s insurance company.
Yes. Sometimes we have clients without health insurance, and that’s absolutely fine. If you were injured in an accident, our firm will set you up with a trusted doctor near you that will treat your injuries on a lien. This means the doctor will not receive payment until your case is resolved, and you won’t pay anything up front for your medical care.
Unless you are at fault for more than 50% of an accident, the cost of your insurance will not go up.
Claims tend to get resolved before a lawsuit needs to be filed. Whether or not you pursue your claim, the at-fault party’s premium will increase. If you don’t pursue your claim, the insurance company will simply collect that premium, without having to pay on your claim!
