Something seemed wrong and I'm glad I said no thank you. The cheapest option was nearly $400 for less than 2 days?! Even if $200 is reimbursed, yeah, no, if you think that amount is okay then go give your balls a tug. You can fool the next person but not me. Money does NOT grow on trees. Insurance gave me $400 thinking it'd give me 15 days with a rental, with Enterprise in specific. YEAH RIGHT. Going to go borrow a friend's car for FREE while my car gets worked on, thanks for nothing!

Front service was very nice. I believe her name was Abigail or a name starting with an “A”. This is one of many that don’t charge underage surcharge fees — I’m 24 but turn 25 next month. Maybe that’s why it didn’t apply but service is fast and straight to the point. Nice cars on the lot.

Wow! There are brand statements about Enterprise being personal (we'll pick you up!). But, nothing matches the actual level of personal treatment we received. My son and I were visiting the OSU campus and our train arrived late, about 10 minutes past the time the shop should have been closed. But Cole stayed late, came to pick us up, and smiled the whole time! We had a superb rental experience, car and more thanks to him, and the other folks at the store. THANK YOU!
