Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience at the store. Took care of our issues and were knowledgeable in products and know how to fix my husband's tablet with no problems. Another trip in on 2/16 no change. Staff were great. The only issue is long wait if you do not gave an appointment. They continue to recommend you make an appointment for faster service.

There not helpful at all. Now I remember why I went to sprint. Wish I never came back to Verizon. My bill is always different and no one cares. Can't wait to go somewhere else.

Beautiful store. Every Verizon store I've ever been in is usually busy...I hit this store during a down time and got very prompt help from Brandon. Transferring my data to a new phone was proving challenging for me (and my old phone!)so Brandon took over ...wrestling with my phone for close to 45 minutes, he was patient & kind but most importantly successful!!! This is now my go-to Verizon store

The company I work for has about 60 phones with Verizon. Two issues occurred when using the business call in. 1) they couldn't program two new SIM cards to the right device for one of truck drivers (a needed device for him) and 2) my cell phone they disconnected and couldn't fix. It was not related in any way to my call. They then said go to the local Verizon store and they would set an appointment Being in a great frame of mind I arrived at 4 and 10 minutes later the manager checked folks in. For me he said there was a two hr wait but could give me an appointment since I didn't seem to have one. I then got one for 6:15, left canceled a personal appointment, skipped part of dinner with family and drove the 20 minutes for the appointment. I arrived and the doors were locked. The manager was inside and sent a rep out who said they were closed. After a terse exchange and seeing a couple in the store being helped I finally asked for a new appointment and was told I had to do this online - remember my phone isn't working. The next day around 9am I set an appointment via company computer for 11am. At 10ish I get an email saying it had been canceled. I finally went to the reseller in Lebanon at noon and they had both phones fixed in 15 minutes. During this whole fiasco I complained to our rep multiple times without any response to make it right or resolution

Yes. I'm not sure if you get the device in store or if they ship it to you, but you can definitely order it and set it up through your account at this location.
