I'm not happy with my visit last night. Had to go through the drive-in which took about 30 minutes. Once I finally got to the window I was told they can't accept the DQ app rewards because of there new system. 😡fine. I paid for my mini blizzard and it was like a watered down milkshake. Really?😡😡 It was a triple negative experience. Not good

Never sat in the Drive-Thru for less than 10 minutes just sat in it for 17 minutes. The last cones I bought for the kids had been in the freezer for a while and settled down to one puddle on top of a moist cone. I think the young girl who runs the window is also the cook and maybe the manager or temporary manager. It would probably be worth driving to Corvallis if you want a good dairy Queen.

Pre-ordered an ice cream cake, 2 days in advance. Told to call upon arrival and they would bring it out. Upon arrival, told it would be “better for them” if we went thru the drive-thru. Thought it was called “customer service,” not “merchant service.” Drive-thru person asked what kind and what size 3 times, though our name was supposed to be on the cake. Waited over 30 mins in the stupid drive-thru to pick up a pre-ordered cake, then they didn’t even had it ready. Are you kidding????

The only good thing about this place was the assistant manager before he left. They do not allow in store ordering or pick up, the ice cream machine often goes down, which leads to long wait times in the drive thru, and usually no explanation for why you are waiting 45 minutes for your order; if you complain at the local level, your complaints are ignored and you are treated as if you do not matter. Supposedly the machines will be getting updated in the next several months which will cut down on wait time while ordering. We'll see...

If you go inside to order, it's not any better
I think the young people that work here is great. They always work hard in a substandard work environment, the owner needs to quit being so cheap and remodel this store it's rediculous the way it's configred. With one ice cream machine and mixing station for all of them to use it's a wonder anything is ever made. The disgusting floor in the kitchen is the worst it needs ripped out badly and the owner should be ashamed to even allow that nasty grime. The health department should force them to do it as well.
#1 messy isnt enough to be "unhealthy" if food is not corrupted or to temp. #2 prob is not the DQ brand, its this franchise store is embarrasing the company. Losing money. I grew up going to others, Need to contact dairy queen. Employees walking too much in circles per order & dealing with stress from ineffeciency. Reason i rarely go, only for cones if we do.
Not sure but I think the ice cream store at Waverly and Santiam next to the old taco time does.
