I loved living here! It's the perfect location (except at 7:30a and 3p during the school year lol) and the neighbors are so kind and lovely. Very relaxed management as well. Rent is a little high considering the outdated appliances and old, ugly cabinets. 10/10 recommend though.

Family has lived here for 10 years. The managers are the reason we have stayed so long. Very nice and quiet place to live and everyone helps each other. No where in Marysville can you find that when it comes to apartments.

As a young family with a toddler, we have loved our time at Mill Creek Apartments due to the location, the size of the apartments, and the people. Location: The apartments are perfectly located next to Schwartzkopf Park, which has great trails for biking and walking and a playground for kiddos, and are an easy walk via sidewalks to Uptown Marysville and the library and splash pad and small businesses like Whit’s and The Coffee Hall and Creamery. The apartments are also just a couple minutes from the highway, so great for anyone commuting to Honda, and are the perfect location for hitting up the Union County Fair and watching parades! People: In addition to the great location, the property managers are incredible. Berlin and Brandee are friendly and always out sprucing up the property with flowers, a community garden, and even a beautiful bird watching area. They keep the the landscaping warm and inviting with lights at Christmas and pumpkins in the fall, and they always respond to maintenance requests quickly. We have also enjoyed our friendly neighbors who enjoy barbecuing on the patio during the warmer months. Size: Our apartment has a large living area that connects to the dining area, a large basement, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, so it feels quite roomy for four of us. There is also a convenient overflow parking lot for visitors (which, pro tip, also has a great hill for sledding🙂).
