I had an amazing experience! Both staff members helped me and Angelina went above and beyond. I had difficulty finding my prescription (eeek I didn’t come in prepared) and she kind and patient and really helpful when I was looking at glasses (I’ll admit I can be a little high maintenance and picky). She helped me find 3 pairs that I totally love! Completely recommend buying your contacts and glasses here! Great prices too!!

I scheduled my son an appointment for a contact lens exam on his day off from school. It would be his first time getting contacts and I told the receptionist that when I called to make the appointment (I’m positive too because I told him, “He already has glasses but he hates wearing them. We just need contacts”). We got there, checked in, and only once the exam was done did we find out whoever scheduled the appointment had put us down for an exam to get glasses- and worse- that getting contacts was not even an option because it required a different kind of exam and a specialist to help fit the contacts who was only available on certain days. When I asked the receptionist how it had gotten messed up, she snapped at me and said that it was nobody’s fault and to calm down (I was calm in case you were wondering, just disappointed and exhausted). The whole thing cost $135 out of pocket for an appointment we didn’t want/need and we ended up having to schedule another appointment in the middle of a school day- and my kiddo doesn’t even get contacts for another month! The whole situation left me feeling like I was taking crazy pills and like I never want to deal with this office again. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.

Getting fitted for contacts there was not a pleasant experience, the person teaching me how to put contacts in was nice. but the eye doctor I saw was not so great! She didn't listen to me and sent me off with something not so great seems like she does not want to be there i left there feeling not so good about the appointment, and I was right the contacts I had where not the right fit it would have been fixed he she listen to me. Pretty disappointing pay good money for this stuff. the receptionist is not the friendliest either.
