It was the first stop before my trail walk. Be aware that currently, the parking spaces at the park are residential permit parking only. I was told by a resident that the fee was $110 if you are cited. There is street parking available on Crenshaw for a fee.

I love this park and I get excited every time I go there. Del Cerro Park is at the trailhead of a one of my favorite southern California mountain biking trails called Portuguese Bend trails. I was hesitant to write this review because I want to keep this place secret and available to locals only. It is a gem of a hiking trail and one of the best in all of Southern California. Simply put, the views are spectacular.

There is a long down hill / up hill at the start if you loop the trail but the trail is wide enough that the fire Dept drives the road.
