Yes there is free parking. Although the actual Del Cerro parking lot is small there is street parking on Crenshaw that is free. But even those fill up fast so come early especially on the weekends.
Yes, but there are not that many spaces. Maybe 10. I've been at least a dozen times. I've never had a problem.
