I wouldn't have ordered if I'd read these reviews first. I ordered 80 mini whiskey bottles and got a shipping notification a few days after I placed the order - however, I realized that they'd simply created a shipping label vs. actually shipping it. I reached out multiple times before someone finally got back to me - nearly 2 weeks after placing the order! - and told me they didn't have what I ordered in stock, so they cancelled the order. The fact it took that long for them to notify me - and only after repeated emails on my part (they have no listed phone number) - left us in the lurch as we scrambled to find the product elsewhere. Would never order from them again.

I am disappointed with this company site. I live in the Midwest & thought I try this site out for Spirit & wine we do not have here. Two times me & my friend tried to order something. The 1st time it told her that her order was canceled 2 days after making the purchase. So we figured she must have did something wrong. So I placed the order myself since it was going to be a surprise for me on a bottle of Spirit that I have been dying to try out. Everything went fine with my order confirmation number and even said what day it was going to be delivered. That day came & went so I contacted customer service thru email bcus that's the only option it gives you. Customer service contacted me next day saying my order was canceled the day of the delivery how & why was it canceled on the day of the delivery. That means it was never sent off to be canceled at the end of the day of it delivery that's a 1st for me. Is it bcus I contacted customer service that day to inform them that I did not receive what I paid for. Which it did come out of my account. What kind of mess is this now I'm waiting for my money to get put back in my account. I was really hoping I found a good place

ordered a bottle of knob creek small batch and was sent 9 year instead. upon requesting a return/refund they told me its the same bottle and refused it. they're trying to hide behind a "our pictures aren't accurate" clause which specifically says to refer to the title/description...which happens to also be incorrect for what they're selling. currently working with my bank to dispute the charge. Anyone with any knowledge of whiskey knows that a no age statement is different than a specified age statement bottle. to say they're the same is either willfully lying or has no business working with or selling fine liquors. I just want my money back or the correct bottle sent to me

Hi B, Pre-order is when a product is purchased prior to release. This is why it takes a while to ship out! Pre-order items can be sold out as customers "pre-order" the item, and we only have a limited number to sell.
