I have lived her for the past 7 months now and absolutely love it! Location is perfect the apartments are conveniently located right off the freeway. The apartments have two large laundry facilities on site and have a gym and sparkling pool to enjoy with also other nice common areas, landscape is well kept and has a very elegant clean feel to it, maintenence and office staff are great and always helpful and friendly

During the pandemic Barham Villas staff where extremely supportive and kind. Now, after things are going back to normal slowly, Stacey and Jacob have continued to be kind, supportive and understanding. They are the kind of people that after you hang up the phone there’s a smile on your face because of how pleasant the conversation went. Even if it was to address an issue. They should get paid for therapy time also, because they are always there to hear us out and boy do we vent. We are fortunate to have them. I have lived in other apartments before, yet Barham Villas has been by far the most pleasant home I have ever lived. I’m going 3 years here and have no plans of moving. Barham Villas is home.

Stayed at Barham Apt community for 8 months between home sales/purchase. Beautifully lush and quiet campus. Close to all kinds of shopping. CSUSM in walking distance! Professional, responsive staff. Private garage, extra parking spaces, laundry in apartment, exercise & game room. Pool is never crowded. Outdoor basketball courts, dogs & cats permitted, fire pit and cozy patio with fireplace.

I dont live here but i came to visit a friend who does and i absolutely love it. Its clean and very well taken care of. The management is absolutely helpful and kind. Ive never met a manager so caring about her residents needs. If anyone is looking for a nice, quiet place to live with so much to do around them barham villas is the place to do it.
