One hour after placing my order for delivery and still no food - was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes! Calling them got no response. Now 1 hour and 20 minutes now without any thing. Not happy and still hungry. They had better not charged my account!

I typically don’t post reviews like this but I had to comment on my experience at this BK location. The worst Burger King I ever been to. There customer service is awful. If I could rate a zero star rating I would. They don’t acknowledge there customer and ignore them even though they make eye contact. There super rude and don’t take orders right. This goes to the big blonde lady. Working grave shift at night on 8/29 at around 10:30 pm people like that should not be employed. There’s a reason why they have terrible reviews on Yelp. A 2 star rating is just awful.

Ordered a Bacon King and got a Bacon king without cheese or bacon! Ordered a Dr. Pepper and got a Sprite. This was a big order (7 combos) but still. I tried calling the number on the receipt but it just told me to leave a message (so I couldn't even directly talk to someone) plus what got me mad the most of all things is after the voice message told me to leave a message it would hang up on me. So I couldn't even leave a message! I tried calling several times thinking it was a mistake but no, it hang up on me all the times I called. So I had to call corporate. I looked up the number online and told them about everything. Not going back just because I can't call them to tell them they forgot something. Plus while we were waiting outside in the front parking for them to bring us our meals they told me all our combo's where in this big bag. I told my son to take everything out and double check. They forgot my whole combo (burger and fries). They had to back and get it.
